Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee all warranty-related functions, ensuring accurate claim submissions and strict adherence to manufacturer guidelines. This position requires strong coordination across all departments, exceptional administrative precision, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and submit warranty claims within required timeframes
- Monitor, track, and follow up on claim approvals and rejections
- Maintain and update all warranty documentation and records
- Liaise with service, parts, and sales departments on claim matters
- Ensure full compliance with manufacturer and internal warranty policies
- Prepare and submit warranty activity reports
- Coordinate warranty audits and manage responses to audit queries
- Process claim adjustments and corrections
- Verify parts and labour charges in line with claim requirements
- Identify warranty trends and recurring issues for improvement
- Assist departments with warranty-related queries
- Provide general administrative support across the dealership as needed

Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Warranty Clerk or in a similar role
- Proven experience processing warranty claims in the automotive industry
- Strong administrative and computer proficiency
- Experience with dealership systems – Kerridge advantageous
- Ability to support and collaborate with multiple departments
Remuneration:
R12 000 – R15 000 per month, depending on experience
