A highly organized, energetic, and results-driven approach. Analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities. Knowledge of 21st Century teaching methodologies , global academic trends, and ICT integration (advantageous). Key Responsibilities As Deputy Head, you will: Partner with the Campus Head to implement the school’s vision and strategic plan. Provide professional leadership to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and operations. Oversee the day-to-day management of the High School. Be an active member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to leadership and governance. Engage and communicate effectively with parents on curriculum, policy, and school matters. Assist in the recruitment, appraisal, and professional growth of staff. Drive innovation in teaching practices to align with global and digital learning trends.
