About the Role

We are seeking a confident and proactive Home Loan Specialist to join our team in Polokwane, Limpopo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building referral networks, and guiding clients through the home loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build referral networks
  • Conduct needs analysis and recommend tailored home loan solutions
  • Guide clients through the application process with exceptional service
  • Build lasting relationships and support sales targets

Requirements

  • 23 years external sales experience (finance, insurance, property, banking)
  • Proven track record in lead generation and target achievement
  • Own reliable vehicle & valid drivers license
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven

  • Formal education/certifications not specified

Salary & Benefits

R15,000 basic salary settling-in allowance. Commission on deals closed with high earning potential.
