About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lephalale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and management, with excellent leadership and customer service skills. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision and performance monitoring
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Control inventory levels and manage stock to optimize profitability
- Develop and implement budgeting and cost control strategies

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or related field
- 35 years of experience in restaurant operations
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or catering establishments
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Food safety certification advantageous
