Job Description
Our Client, a leading authority in the Accounting and Audit Industry; is seeking to employ an Audit Partner/Director to their team based in Port Elizabeth.
Requirements:
- Registered Auditor (IRBA).
- Chartered Accountant [CA(SA)].
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Management role within an audit firm.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Independently manage, plan, and coordinate the firms functions to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices to maintain and improve the quality of audit and assurance work.
- Deliver top-quality client service in line with professional standards.
- Drive business growth through client relationship management and fee generation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and professional ethics.
- Oversee quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
