Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation: Brew and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks, ensuring each beverage meets our standards for taste and presentation. Deli Service: Prepare and serve a variety of deli items, including sandwiches, wraps, and salads, ensuring freshness and quality. Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and efficient service, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels for coffee, deli supplies, and baked goods, ensuring all ingredients are well-stocked and fresh. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Education: Matric (Grade 12) essential. Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a deli/food service role is preferred but not mandatory. Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Passion for coffee and food preparation.
