Job Summary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer relations or a similar role.
- Proficiency with customer service tools such as CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and email management software.
- Ability to de-escalate difficult situations and resolve complaints with professionalism.
- Familiarity with the smoking alternatives industry is a plus.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
1. Customer Query Management:
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally across various platforms (WhatsApp Business, Social Media Channels, Email, Phone Calls)
- Maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring their concerns are understood and resolved efficiently.
2. Process Improvement:
- Develop a ticketing system to streamline routing of specialized requests (e.g., sponsorship proposals) to appropriate team members.
- Create and maintain a tracking system for customer offers, including returns, replacements, and online vouchers.
- Design and implement a unified system or software to manage all customer communications from different channels.
3. Returns and Refunds:
- Implement strategies to address customer dissatisfaction while adhering to company policies.
- Streamline the returns process to ensure clarity and ease for customers, providing clear guidance on policies and procedures.
4. Feedback and Collaboration:
- Gather and document valuable customer feedback to share with marketing, manufacturing, and procurement teams for continuous improvement.
