Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple consultancy projects. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and support management teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls to maximise profitability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and service excellence. Requirements: Extensive operational management experience within the hospitality or food and beverage industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams. Excellent business acumen and financial management capabilities.
