This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and experienced operations professional to lead a dynamic food and beverage consultancy, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Requirements:
Extensive operational management experience within hospitality or the food & beverage industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
Excellent business acumen and financial management capabilities
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple consultancy projects
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency
Lead, mentor, and support management teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls to maximise profitability
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and service excellence

Package:
Salary: R35,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
