Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a valid drivers license and experience driving long distances for a previous employer.

• Computer literate must be able to compile and submit reports using Excel.

• Own a working smartphone capable of taking clear photos.

• Willing to travel within the assigned region as required.

• Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair Samsung products, including LED/LCD TVs, sound systems, monitors, and smart appliances.

• Conduct on-site and in-workshop service calls.

• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.

• Accurately record and report repair outcomes, parts used, and turnaround times.

• Collaborate with customer service and logistics to manage service requests and parts.

• Ensure compliance with Samsung quality and safety standards.

• Stay updated on new Samsung technologies and service techniques through training.

• Provide professional technical support and clear communication to customers.

• Support both warranty and non-warranty repair processes.

• Manage company tools, vehicle, and spare parts responsibly.

• Travel regularly across the assigned territory to complete service calls.
