Job Summary
As the Regional Growth Lead, you will spearhead the expansion of our footprint in a high-potential region by developing and executing scalable strategies for customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration. You will foster strong partnerships, build and lead a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence to meet aggressive growth targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic growth roadmap to expand the companys presence and revenue in the region.
- Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, real estate developers, and strategic alliances.
- Own regional sales targets and drive results through data-driven decisions and agile execution.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver seamless onboarding, customer success, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the region`s unique needs are addressed.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and pivot strategies as needed.
- Serve as the face of the company in the region, representing the brand at industry events and forums.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and a growth mindset.
- Experience with CRM tools, customer success metrics, and regional market trends.
