REQUIREMENTS

• National Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in SAP
• Proficient in English as a working language
• Analytical thinking skills and goal-results oriented
• Apply practical know-how and experience to analyse and solve immediate routine and non-routine issues in planning and administration

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and schedule the delivery of parts, materials and components for production or in other supply chain operations as assigned
• Regularly analyse order plans, and double-check availability of stocks of materials, parts and components (demand/capacity analyses)
• Arrange, schedule and prioritise sequences, quantities and target dates based on DCC (demand capacity checks)
• Determine the daily work order sequence, and level weekly sequence planning daily
• Execute load balancing calculations and cooperate with master planning for optimised plans
• Monitor deliveries as scheduled and propose measures in case of deviation
