Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Corrective and preventative maintenance program recording and completion
- Attending mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Preventative maintenance on moulding machines
- Starting and shutting down machines
- Preheating of moulding tools
- Maintaining robot and emulate
- Loading programmes and tool changing on machines
- Record spares used or removed from the technical store
- Ensure safety systems are active and defective items are replaced on machine and equipment
Skills
- Mechanical and Electrical
- Reliable, tolerant and self-driven
- Ability to analyse, fault find, and problem solve
- Communication skills
- Strong focus on OHS
Qualifications & Experience:
- Millwright Trade test
- Matric/N3
