Job Summary

Key Responsibilities : Greet and direct clients, visitors & staff in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate departments. Manage and maintain appointment schedules. Coordinate meetings, including room bookings and refreshments. Assist with general office administration (filing, email correspondence, etc.) Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required. What Were Looking For : Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A professional and approachable demeanour. A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
