Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Matric (an applicable diploma or certificate will be advantageous).
  • At least three years of payroll experience, with reputable References.
  • Ability to administer a Time and Attendance system (Jarrison experience advantageous).
  • Ability to administer a payroll system (e.g. Pastel Payroll, VIP, etc.).
  • Strong computer proficiency, with at least intermediate Excel Skills.
  • The ability to work towards deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.

 
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

  • Ensure that clock system accurately represents the me and attendance of the employees.
  • Provide management with daily attendance reports.
  • Accurate payment of fortnightly wages.
  • Comply with statutory requirements, including UIF and PAYE submissions.
  • Accurate consolidation of payroll input for monthly salary payroll.
  • Effective HR and payroll administration.
  • Provide support with HR function.
