About the Role

Jendamark Automation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in delivering key projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks, managing the MD’s personal diary, and providing exceptional client service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s personal diary and travel arrangements, both locally and internationally
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts, banking, and other confidential information
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers (local and international) on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Draft and type correspondence as required
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials
  • Provide input to technical studies/research projects and technical reports
  • Source technical documents, information, and drawings

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or higher
  • Proficient in MS Office (advanced PowerPoint & Excel)
  • 5-10 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience in project management is beneficial

Qualifications

  • Engineering/Technical qualification/studies is highly recommended but not required
