Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant qualification advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting and understanding accounting transactions.
Proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Experience in working with ERP software packages (e.g. Pastel or Syspro) advantageous

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and be able to provide improvement strategies and recommendations.
Organisation and administrative skills.
Must be able to work independently with high level input from senior management.
Professional conduct and correspondence with internal and external parties.

Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a pressurised environment.

Main Duties/Key Results Areas:
Generate documentation on the ERP system to confirm company sales and conform to company standards.
Generate documentation on the ERP system to confirm company deliveries and distribution (Invoices).
Manage and maintain benchmarks for customer invoicing and reporting thereof.
Work with the Finance team to ensure VAT compliance of invoices and any relevant finance related issues.
Assist with relevant monthly, quarterly and annual audit requirements.
Work with the Sales, Sales Processing and Accounts Receivable teams on relevant matters.
Work with Inventory team to resolve stock issues and ensure that month-end deadlines are met.
Work with IT Department on automating reports and project related matters.
Must demonstrate flexibility to be available after hours when required, particularly to support the timely invoicing of high-priority customers.
Will undergo training and provide ongoing support with costings as required.
All and any other related tasks & duties as expected from the employer from time to time.
