Job Description
Our client is seeking a motivated and career-driven consultant to join their team. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in Skills Development Facilitation (SDF) and/or Employment Equity consulting who is looking to expand into B-BBEE consulting.
This is a growth-focused opportunity for someone eager to broaden their expertise across key transformation legislation, including Skills Development, Employment Equity, and B-BBEE.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consulting support on Skills Development and Employment Equity processes
- Assist with Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR)
- Support Employment Equity reporting and compliance
- Engage with clients and provide advisory services
- Assist in developing and implementing transformation strategies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Collaborate with the team on B-BBEE initiatives and client deliverables
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years experience in a consulting role
- Experience as an SDF and/or Employment Equity Consultant
- Strong understanding of Skills Development and Employment Equity legislation
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong administrative and reporting abilities
Advantageous (Not Required)
- Exposure to B-BBEE consulting
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in HR, Labour Law, or related fields
