Job Summary
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards.
- Perform advanced fault-finding using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Oversee and mentor junior technicians, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections, safety checks, and warranty-related work.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer, dealership, and safety regulations.
- Complete job cards, service reports, and related documentation accurately.
- Support workshop efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Qualified Motor/Diesel Technician with Red Seal certification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working on commercial vehicles (franchised dealership experience advantageous).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to supervise and guide a team of technicians.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver’s licence (Code 14 advantageous).
