Key Deliverables:-Responsible for wages and salaries and the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.-Review, capture and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets, overtime and time & attendance information.-Responsible for the administration of the electronic timekeeping system.-Manage and reconcile applicable payroll deductions including garnishments etc.-Preparation/distribution of detailed payroll reports e.g. labour hours, overtime, leave balances, head count, and retirement contribution reports, etc.-Preparation of statuary reports and submissions.-Loading of new employees and terminations from the Payroll System.-PAYE and other statutory and regulatory reconciliations and reporting.-Pension/Provident Fund and Medical Aid reconciliations.-Reconciliation and Payment of Sub-contractors.-Leave management Including capturing of leave and maintaining a leave forms filing system.-Providing pays lips to all employees (electronic format and print format).-Address any staff pay queries or information requests.-Remain up to date on all legislative and industry requirements.Qualifications and Experience:-Matric/Diploma/Degree with 3 years payroll experience -Working knowledge of SAGE VIP Payroll System, preferably Sage Premier-Clear criminal record
