Our company is looking to employ a hardworking, trustworthy TETA registered assessor required to train and assess learners on client work sites and machinery. The successful candidate will also be required to travel out of town on occasion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • To train and evaluate the learners theoretically and practically at client worksites utilizing our training material and (Portfolio of evidence). • To perform practical evaluations on client’s machinery. • Assess learners with the use of different instruments. • Provide feedback on assessment findings. • Support learners through the assessment process. • Complete Assessor declarations of assessment processes and outcomes. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: The candidate should have a full qualification on code 64829 National Certificate: Lifting Machine Operations or stand-alone unit standards for at least the first 4 training programmes on the list below: 242974 Operate Counter-balance Lift Truck F1-F4 116235 Operate a pendant controlled overhead crane C30 242981 Operate defined purposed lift trucks F6, F7, F12 242972 Operate advanced defined purpose lift trucks F5, F9, F14 243272 Operate a Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) C53 242978 Operate truck-mounted cranes C32 244407 Lift and Move a load using mechanical lifting equipment C54 260781 Operate Telescopic Boom C46 DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES: • Well presented. • Reliable. • Trustworthy. • Positive attitude.
