About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a strong Assistant Management Couple to join a well-established, family-focused coastal property on the Wild Coast. This hands-on, service-driven couple will support the General Managers in the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operational management throughout the contract period.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Managers in the day-to-day running of the hotel
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage operational aspects of the resort
- Engage respectfully with a close-knit rural community
Requirements
- Complementary couple with strong experience across F&B management, Front Office/Reservations, and Housekeeping
- Minimum 5 years’ senior hotel or resort management experience
- Proven stable work history within the hospitality industry
- Strong operational and guest-focused mindset
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills
- Solid financial and labour legislation knowledge
- Strong administrative and organisational ability
Qualifications
Hotel school qualification advantageous
Salary & Benefits
Negotiable DOE | Live-in Position
