Job Summary
Responsibilities:
*Maintain a professional image and relationship with customers.*Clients: Diagnose problems, prepare estimates for repairs and check if still in warranty.*Liaising with customers in case of warranty/motor plan issues.*Providing quotations for motor plan contracts where applicable.*Offering customers a pre-assessment visit to confirm challenging problems.*Following up on parts orders and promptly informing customers of any delays.*Creating Repair Quotations and orders.*Arranging booking reminders.*Maintaining accurate customer information*Monitoring outstanding parts ordered and unpaid invoices.Managing Workshop by maintaining, cleaning organizing, trash removal and securing valuables during non-working hours.*Develop, implement and monitor standards and routines, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness within the workplace.If you are a proactive and knowledgeable Aftersales and Repairs Manager with experience in a manufacturing and production setting, particularly with Manufacturing experience, we encourage you to apply for this role.
