Pretoria: Construction Foreman Pretoria

Job Purpose: We are currently seeking experienced Construction Foremen who are immediately available for contract-based work. The role involves overseeing daily operations on construction sites, managing teams, and ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project progress and report to project managers. Resolve problems that arise during construction. Maintain records of materials, labour, and equipment used. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a construction foreman. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans. Knowledge of construction procedures and occupational safety guidelines. Own transport and tools (preferred but not essential).
