About the Role

Qsd Training and Recruitment is seeking Call Centre staff to work in our busy offices, where you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer service. As a Contact Centre Office Assistant, you will be responsible for answering incoming customer telephone calls, resolving issues, and selling additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound telephone calls and effectively answer questions and resolve complaints
  • Upsell our other products and services
  • Follow scripts and record conversation details
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations
  • Take part in product training
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Exceptional listening skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to follow policies and understand technical products and services
  • Fluency in a second language is an advantage (if applicable)
