About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Dealer Principal to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff.
- Monitor sales and other areas of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments.
- Maintain and increase market penetration.
- Improve stock turnover.
- Increase sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal with a vehicle dealership.
- Experience with a corporate dealerships and multiple volume brands.
- Solid track reference and excellent management skills.
- Ability to ensure profitable business.
- Clear criminal record.
- Tertiary education and management training beneficial.
