This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to gain experience in debtors administration, as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring effective follow-up on outstanding accounts. Location: Pretoria North Salary: R15 000 Available Positions: 1 Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: · Follow up on outstanding accounts and rental payments. · Assist with debt collection and payment follow-ups. · Issue and monitor invoices. · Capture and allocate payments on the system. · Maintain accurate debtor records. · Communicate with clients regarding accounts. · Handle account queries and general administrative duties. · Report maintenance or faulty issues on the premises to the Maintenance Manager. · Provide general office administrative support. Job Requirements: · Matric. · Basic administrative experience advantageous but not essential. · Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook). · Good communication skills. · Reliable transport. · Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
