Basic understanding of business acumen. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and colleagues. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook. · Analytical skills and attention to the bottom line. · Strategic planning and analysis. · Pro active lead generation and prospecting skills. · Active listening and strong communication skills. · Customer relationship management skills. · Ability to develop sales strategies and implement them. · Willingness to take feedback. · Collaboration and delegation skills.
