You’ll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our online store—ensuring products are listed accurately, orders are processed seamlessly, and customers enjoy a flawless shopping experience. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage everything from product uploads and promotions to reporting and customer queries, while collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams. Responsibilities Maintain and optimise the Shopify store (products, pricing, images, descriptions, and inventory). Process online orders, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently. Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with developers/support. Manage Shopify apps, integrations, and basic theme customisations. Coordinate promotions, discount codes, and seasonal campaigns. Ensure SEO‑friendly product descriptions and effective on‑site merchandising. Handle customer queries via email, chat, or social platforms. Generate and analyse reports on sales, traffic, and customer behaviour. Ensure compliance with payment gateways, courier partners, and data protection standards. Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and product launches. Skills & Experience 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce, online retail, or Shopify administration. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising. Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and customer‑focused mind-set. Shopify admin proficiency (products, orders, apps, themes). Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (advantageous). Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta, or similar tools (advantageous).
