β¨ Requirements:
β 5+ yearsβ experience in:
Day-to-day farm operations
Cattle herd management
Maize & pasture cultivation under irrigation
General farm equipment maintenance
β Fire management & prevention
β Strong mechanical background
β Valid driverβs license
β Staff supervision & leadership skills
β Hands-on ability with basic farm maintenance
β Willingness to assist with additional duties as required
