• Connect performance with strategy by using advanced analytics to measure what really matters.
• Build impactful Power BI dashboards that make insights impossible to ignore.
• Spot trends—good and bad—across structured datasets and report against key performance areas.
• Keep data warehouses and reporting systems accurate, scalable, and future-ready.
• Provide financial intelligence through valuations, scorecards, and reconciliations.
• Craft reporting packs that matter—from daily EXCO updates to board-level insights.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and adopting the latest BI tools and practices.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in Data Analytics (Microfinance experience a strong plus).
• Proficiency in Power BI—building, optimising, and storytelling through data.
• Solid SQL and Excel skills; experience with RDBMS systems (MySQL, MS SQL Server) an advantage.
• Background in designing and implementing enterprise-level reporting systems or data warehouses.
• Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Analytical, structured, and detail-driven—yet able to zoom out to see the bigger picture.
• Strong communicator—able to break down complexity for both technical and business audiences.
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure to deliver results fast.
