Job Description
A role where your accuracy, initiative and reliability are truly valued and where you get exposure across the full finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle debtors and creditors processing and reconciliations
- Manage invoicing, billing and capturing of financial transactions
- Maintain banking, cashbooks and monthly bank recons
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and bookkeeping to trial balance
- Support the Accountant with financial admin, filing and month-end tasks
- Ensure all financial records are up to date, accurate and audit-ready
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting
- 2 to 3 years experience in a bookkeeping / financial admin role
- Experience within a manufacturing or operational environment beneficial
- Proficient in Xero Accounting (non-negotiable)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and organisational ability
- Reliable, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
