Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Skills: Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL. Knowledge of Python or R will be an added advantage.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What you’ll do:
 

• Align, visualize, and interpret business performance data across units.
• Build interactive dashboards and dynamic data views using Power BI.
• Leverage AI & machine learning techniques to detect trends, forecast outcomes, and optimize reporting.
• Manage data warehouses and ensure accuracy of business-critical reports.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.
• Continuously research and deploy the latest BI tools and best practices.

 
What we’re looking for:
 

• A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in data analytics, preferably within financial services or a similar environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience with data extraction, visualization, and dashboard design.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in data analysis.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
