Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to design and execute people strategies that support mission-critical operations in a secure, regulated, and highly technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on all people-related matters.
- Develop and lead HR initiatives across talent acquisition, development, compliance, and culture.
- Build a high-performing workforce in alignment with operational, scientific, and safety goals.
- Navigate complex labor environments with excellence, ensuring compliance with South African labor laws and nuclear industry regulations.
- Champion a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous innovation.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple high-security technical facilities.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier talent across engineering, science, and operations teams.
- Oversee compliance with labor legislation, safety standards, and nuclear workforce requirements.
- Implement performance management, learning and development, and succession planning strategies.
- Drive employee engagement, wellness, and diversity initiatives.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
