Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of Client Partners into AIenabled strategic advisors through structured 120day capability roadmaps
• Orchestrate collaboration with Data Sciences to embed predictive models into client journeys and ROIdriven storytelling
• Drive Csuite engagement, enhancing retention and expansion through continuous insight and sentiment monitoring
• Align crossfunctional roadmaps with Product and Data Science teams, converting multisource insights into compelling content
• Establish KPIs, governance, and agile feedback loops to enable a highperforming humanAI hybrid advisory capability

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education

• MBA or BSc in Business, Marketing, Insights, or a related field
• Certifications in AI strategy, prompt engineering, or data storytelling are advantageous

Experience

• 12+ years in insights, consulting, strategy, or CX
• 5+ years in leadership roles driving productled research and advisory
• Proven success in African markets and AIdriven transformation
• Strong track record of Csuite engagement and revenue growth

Skills

• Hybrid leadership with the ability to coach teams in AI literacy, storytelling, and CRM orchestration
• Experience working within matrix structures alongside Data Science and Tech teams
• Deep understanding of ESOMAR ethics, predictive advisory techniques, and insight commercialisation
