Job Summary
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with a neutral or clear accent.
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in sales, telesales or performing telephonic surveys.
- Experience in dealing with international customers (exposure to UK market advantageous).
- Experience in lead generation.
- Able to effectively handle objections.
- Energetic and self-motivated.
- Persuasive and enthusiastic.
- Excellent listener and communicator.
- Ability to cross-sell.
- Good administrative skills and able to multi-task.
- Commission driven mindset.
- Creative and adaptable.
- Shows relationship building skills and works well in a team.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft.
- Comfortable using different communication streams – such as online chat, WhatsApp, e-mail etc.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Availability: Immediate – two weeks.
Salary:
6k basic with average gross salary of 12K (if target of 3 qualified leads per day is met) or higher if you surpass target.
