About the Role
We are situated in Pretoria East, looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and post
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide administrative support to staff as required
- Handle phone calls and respond to queries in a timely and efficient manner
