Job Summary
Sales:Maintain Top 10 Clients on Rep Code and initiate contact at least once a week, and swop out Clients to maintain updated top 10 Clients. Constantly search for and investigate potential new customersGenerate quotes Send quotes to Client via a-mailContact Client to confirm that quote was receivedDiarise quote for follow up contact every 3 days after quote was sent out.Learn purchase patternsTelephonic Sales Assist walk-in ClientsTake Clients to Showroom or Warehouse in cases where they need assistance regarding products.Assist with Client queriesKeep Client updated throughout all steps of the Sales Process.Register new Clients on Revelation Confirm receipt and allocation of payment with Accounts Department (EFT`s)Open an Installation Job file and complete relevant information.
