About the Role
A leading electrical construction company based in Silverton, Pretoria is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with MV experience to join their team. They require a highly skilled and qualified professional to oversee electrical projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee electrical projects from initiation to completion.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project activities and resources.
- Ensure compliance with MV electrical standards, SANS regulations, and client specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality checks.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and procurement.
- Lead and support site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project progress reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Electrical qualification (National Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent).
- Minimum 35 years experience in Medium Voltage (MV) installations/projects.
- Proven experience in electrical project management.
- Strong understanding of MV systems, switchgear, transformers, cables, and protection systems.
- Valid drivers licence.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Electrical qualification (National Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent).
