Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Assemble electrical looms according to technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Inspect, test, and troubleshoot looms to ensure they meet both functional and safety standards. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure accurate and efficient production processes. Perform quality control checks on finished products and maintain detailed production records. Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times while working in the production environment. Maintain equipment and machinery in optimal working condition. Ensure the timely completion of production tasks, meeting deadlines and quality targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in electrical assembly, ideally within the aerospace industry or similar high-precision sectors. Solid knowledge of aircraft electrical systems and loom wiring. Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and electrical testing equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. A background in electrical engineering or related disciplines is preferred.

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of production equipment. Inspect components for quality and ensure that assembly processes follow industry standards and specifications. Support the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs), wiring, soldering, and other electronic components. Work closely with engineers to improve assembly processes and solve production challenges. Maintain accurate records of production, testing, and maintenance activities. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and resolve product defects. Assist with inventory management and parts ordering.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics or related field is preferred. Proven experience as an Electronic Production Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and testing equipment. Proficient in soldering, wiring, and working with PCB assemblies. Knowledge of troubleshooting methods for electrical and electronic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with automation equipment and robotics in a production setting. Familiarity with industry-specific software tools (e.g., CAD, LabVIEW). IPC-610 certification or similar quality standards certification.
