About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and oversight across the company. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring the financial health of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with General Managers and Operational Leaders across the company
- Provide financial input into pricing, tenders, contracts, and operational initiatives
- Responsible for financial reporting and performance
- Lead the annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and reforecasts for different entities
- Manage cash flow and working capital
Requirements
- Completed at minimum a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years finance experience, including management accounting and business partnering
- Experience in doing financial modelling
- Willingness to travel as required
