Key Responsibilities: Lead the full financial management function within a commercial environment. Deliver accurate management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability and business performance. Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and financial controls. Support strategic decision-making through strong commercial insight. Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualified CA(SA) with SAICA. Strong academics, ideally Cum Laude. ITC and APC passed on first attempt. 35 years’ post-articles commercial experience in industry. Articles completed at a Big 4 audit firm highly preferred. Exposure to financial management, reporting, and business partnering in a commercial environment. Advanced Excel. Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Xero, Sage, NetSuite or similar). Based in Cape Town. High performance mindset. Professional credibility and commercial thinking, not just technical accounting. Apply now!
