About the Role:

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join this reputable and mission-driven organization based in Hermanstad, Pretoria West. This is an ideal role for a newly qualified CA(SA) with 1 to 2 years of post-articles experience who is eager to step into a pivotal finance leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and sign off financial statements in compliance with IFRS
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings
Manage compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Lead the audit process and liaise with external auditors
Provide financial insight and strategic support to senior management
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant CA(SA) designation (essential)
12 years post-articles experience (preferably within manufacturing or FMCG, but not essential)
Proficient in IFRS, financial reporting, and management accounting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on-site in Hermanstad, Pretoria West
