Job Description

Our client based in Silverton is looking for an energetic Finance & Office Administrator to join their team. About them: They were stablished in 1996 and is a proudly South African manufacturer and supplier of trailer, caravan, 4×4, and automotive components. They operate as a factory, warehouse, and retail outlet. They are a leading provider of locally manufactured products, including axles, couplers, chevrons, mudguards and more. Role Overview: They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Administrator / Office Administrator to manage the companys financial processes and provide overall office support. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting software, supplier and client liaison, and general financial administration. Requirements: Matric field related qualification Previous experience as a Financial Administrator, Office Administrator, or similar role. Proficiency in Pastel and Sage accounting software. Knowledge of tax invoicing and basic accounting principles. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and strong numerical skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial transactions using Pastel and Sage . Prepare and issue tax invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping. Liaise with suppliers and clients , addressing queries and ensuring timely responses. Perform reconciliations for accounts, suppliers, and clients. Assist with office administration, including filing, documentation, and general office support. Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements. Support management with financial reporting and ad-hoc tasks as required.
