About the Role
PnS Group Ltd is seeking a People Data Administrator to be the custodian of HR analytics, supporting our business in making key strategic decisions by transforming people data into meaningful business insights. This high-impact role is focused on enhancing system functionality, improving HR efficiency, and providing the deep-dive analytics necessary to drive our human capital strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance system functionality to improve HR efficiency
- Provide deep-dive analytics to support human capital strategy
- Analyze complex data sets to identify key cause-effect relationships
- Improve HR reporting and analytics systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline HR procedures and drive change management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BCom or BSc) in a relevant field
- 1-3 years experience in an analytical role (advantageous)
- Some experience or knowledge of industrial principles (process mapping, lean methodology, six sigma, kaizen etc)
