The Role: Analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions for identity and access management Troubleshooting and maintaining IAM systems Managing incidents and requests related to IAM Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM integration Staying up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies Essential Skills and Requirements Advanced knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IT Security Expert knowledge of at least one IAM Solution (OneIdentity preferred) Expertise in agile development and DevOps (Jira/Confluence) Knowledge of current IT architectures, vendors, and trends Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Solution crafting and documentation abilities ITSM ServiceNow Knowledge Advantageous Skills Practical knowledge of OneIdentity IAM solution Ability to review and troubleshoot scripts and code Fluency in German speaking and translation SAP Knowledge – SAP IAM Knowledge of identity access management processes and protocols in Azure and AWS Teamwork and communication skills Assertiveness and pro-active management and responsiveness Analytical thinking skills Independent way of working Qualifications and Experience Successfully completed degree in computer science/communications engineering or equivalent Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the IT sector, preferably in IAM systems development and maintenance
