Responsibilities:
Ensure ICT governance over the desktop environment. Provide reports and escalations to the Senior Manager. Act as a key link between ICT and business, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. Proactively monitor and manage service levels, keeping operations efficient and effective. Important to Note: Candidates may be required to undergo competency assessments as part of the selection process. Qualification and SA citizenship verification will be conducted.
