Job Description

An established company is looking for an IT Administrator to join their dynamic team in Pretoria.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Create, troubleshoot, and optimize Google Sheets, Docs, and related tools
Provide general IT support and resolve day-to-day technical issues
Ensure smooth operation of office systems, software, and shared files
Support staff with training and best practices for productivity tools

Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic IT/software issues
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
