Job Description
An established company is looking for an IT Administrator to join their dynamic team in Pretoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Create, troubleshoot, and optimize Google Sheets, Docs, and related tools
- Provide general IT support and resolve day-to-day technical issues
- Ensure smooth operation of office systems, software, and shared files
- Support staff with training and best practices for productivity tools
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic IT/software issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
