About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Pretoria East. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our firm’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations. With a strong background in CompTIA, Microsoft, and Cisco qualifications, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the firm’s IT infrastructure
Develop and implement technology solutions to support business operations
Oversee server management, network security, and backup systems
Provide technical support and training to staff
Collaborate with the management team to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years experience as an IT Manager or Senior IT Support Technician
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365)
Experience in a legal, accounting, or professional services environment is highly advantageous

Qualifications

Completed degree or diploma relevant to CompTIA, Microsoft, and Cisco qualifications
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSA, CCNA
