A skilled IT Manager with a minimum of 4 years experience to oversee and manage the firms IT infrastructure, systems and technology operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions driven and familiar with the unique technology needs within a professional services or legal environment Experience: – Minimum of 4 years experience as an IT Manager or Senior IT Support Technician. – Experience in a legal, accounting, or professional services environment is highly advantageous. – Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365) Technical Skills: – Windows Server & Active Directory – Networking (LAN/WAN/WI-FI) – Microsoft 365 Administration – Backup and disaster recovery systems – Firewall and cybersecurity tools – Legal practice software (advantageous) – Soft Skills – Strong problem-solving ability – Excellent communication and people skills – High attention to detail – Ability to work independently and under pressure – Professional, ethical and reliable
