Location: Pretoria East

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and personable Medical Receptionist to become an integral part of our clients healthcare team. This front-line role requires someone who is highly organised, professional, and committed to delivering excellent service to patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all walk-in patients and visitors, delivering a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage the switchboard by answering and directing incoming calls, and accurately taking and relaying messages.
- Capture patient information efficiently and accurately using the medical billing system.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the medical team, including filing, scanning, and handling correspondence.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a medical receptionist or medical administrative role (essential).
- Education: Matric / Grade 12 certification (required).
- Transport: Valid drivers license and access to own reliable vehicle (required).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient computer literacy.
- Typing speed of 3545 words per minute.
- Familiarity with medical software or billing systems (advantageous).

- Can work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintains a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling patient information.
